Amira Abulafi

Amira Abulafi is an experienced legal professional specializing in mergers and acquisitions. Currently serving as an Associate at Gunderson Dettmer since March 2021, Abulafi previously held a similar role at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP from September 2018 to March 2021, advising clients on corporate matters related to high-value transactions up to $3.7 billion. Abulafi's earlier experience includes working as a Research Assistant at the National Bureau of Economic Research from July 2013 to July 2015, contributing to significant publications, and an internship at The Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria in June 2011.
