Ben Buckwalter

Ben Buckwalter is a seasoned attorney with extensive experience in securities compliance and investment advisory regulation. Currently serving as a Venture Fund and Corporate Partner at Gunderson Dettmer since May 2022, Ben previously held roles that include Chief Compliance Officer at Andreessen Horowitz and General Counsel at Gordian Compliance Solutions, LLC. Ben's career has also encompassed positions as a General Counsel for Gordian Technology Solutions, an Associate Attorney at Cole-Frieman & Mallon LLP, and a solo practitioner focusing on securities and corporate matters. Ben holds a J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law and a BA in International Relations from William & Mary.
