David Gammell

David Gammell is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience advising venture-backed companies across multiple industries, including cybersecurity, fintech, healthcare IT, and robotics. Gammell currently serves as a Partner at Gunderson Dettmer, focusing on legal challenges and growth strategies for clients at various stages. Previously, Gammell was a Partner and Co-Chair of the Emerging Companies Practice at WilmerHale, where collaboration with entrepreneurs and investors was emphasized. Additional experience includes being a Board Member at TUGG and a Partner at Brown Rudnick Berlack Israels LLP. Gammell began a professional career as a Nuclear Engineer with the US Navy.
