Gregory Kinzelman

Gregory Kinzelman is a legal professional specializing in antitrust and CFIUS matters. Currently serving as a Partner at Gunderson Dettmer since April 2022, Gregory previously held the position of Special Counsel at Schulte Roth from February 2017 to May 2022, focusing on antitrust issues in mergers and acquisitions. Prior to that, Gregory spent two decades at Hunton & Williams as Counsel, where expertise included merger reviews and antitrust compliance across various industries, as well as guiding international clients through the CFIUS process. Gregory began their career as a Trial Attorney with the Federal Trade Commission from July 1994 to January 1997. Educational credentials include a JD from the University of Virginia School of Law, a BA and MA in Economics and History from the University of Oxford, and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Notre Dame.
