Jerica F. Luce

Jerica F. Luce is an accomplished professional currently serving as the Senior Marketing & Communications specialist at Gunderson Dettmer since August 2021, focusing on internal and external communications, content development, research, and project management. Previously, Jerica held the position of Director of Education, Diversity & Inclusion at Urban Impact of Black Rock Incorporated from May 2020 to August 2021. From July 2016 to June 2020, Jerica worked at Capital Preparatory Charter Schools in various roles including African American Studies & World History Instructor, Curriculum Developer, Academic Advisor, Athletic Coach, and Student Government Advisor. Jerica also taught Spanish and developed curriculum at James J. Curiale School from August 2015 to June 2016, and gained experience through internships with the United States District Court and the 28th District Office of Congressman Adam B. Schiff in 2012 and 2013. Jerica holds a Master's degree in Project Management from Georgetown University and a Bachelor's degree from Mount Saint Mary's University.
