Michael Richman

Michael Richman is a Partner and Special Counsel at Gunderson Dettmer since September 2013, specializing in representing companies in mergers and acquisitions, particularly in the areas of executive compensation and employee benefits. Richman also provides counsel to individuals and management teams regarding employment and separation agreements. Prior experience includes serving as an Attorney at the Law Offices of Michael N. Richman from April 2011 to September 2013, and as an Associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP from June 2004 to January 2011. Richman holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Columbia University School of Law (2001) and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Psychology from Tufts University (1994).
