Ryan Gunderson

Ryan Gunderson is a skilled corporate attorney with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions and public offerings. As a partner at Gunderson Dettmer since August 2015, Gunderson has played a key role in providing legal counsel in corporate matters. Previously, Gunderson held the position of corporate lawyer at DLA Piper from December 2011 to July 2015 and served as Vice President of Legal and Corporate Development at Cinsay in 2012, where the company was recognized by Forbes as one of “America’s Most Promising Companies” for that year. Earlier experience includes working as a corporate and securities lawyer at Morrison & Foerster LLP from 2007 to 2011. Gunderson holds a Juris Doctorate, Magna Cum Laude, in Corporate & Securities Law from the University of San Diego School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Brigham Young University’s Marriott School of Management.
