Jason Ford has a diverse and extensive work experience in the gaming industry. Jason began their career as a Game Master for Lineage II at NCSoft Interactive, where they provided customer service and quality assurance. Jason then transitioned to the role of Event Designer for Lineage II, designing in-game events and trade show demos. After that, they worked as a Test Lead for N Erjyzed Entertainment, where they managed the QA and design teams for a sports title.
Ford then joined NCSoft as an Associate Designer for Tabula Rasa, and later became a Game Designer for the same game. Jason also worked as a World Designer for Bioware, contributing to the development of "Star Wars: The Old Republic."
In 2011, Ford joined Spacetime Studios, LLC as a Game Designer, where they designed and implemented systems, combat, itemization, and monetization features for mobile massively multiplayer games. Jason also trained new hires and worked on live product updates and expansions for games like "Pocket Legends" and "Star Legends."
Ford then worked as a Senior Designer for Crytek, where they were involved in various design aspects. Jason then moved to BattleCry Studios as a Technical Designer before joining 5TH Cell Media as a Senior Designer. Jason most recently worked at Gunfire Games as a Gameplay Designer.
