Mats Hanson is an experienced sales and account management professional with a diverse background in various industries. Currently serving as Sales Manager at Gung AB since November 2017, Mats focuses on optimizing B2B/B2S processes through a digital order portal integrated with business systems. Previously, Mats held the position of Customer Account Manager at Jeeves ERP, managing key accounts in Western Sweden and the US. As a co-owner and CEO at Evodev, Mats was responsible for personnel management and team development. Early in the career, Mats served as Purchasing Manager at Saddler, overseeing procurement processes and new product development, and began in logistics and buying at JC Jeans Company. Mats holds a degree from the University of Borås.

More and more dynamic product companies have come to a painful realization: They are stuck when it comes to scaling sales. Their customers demand different ways to do business with them. Connecting an online store to their ERP is not enough anymore. Adding more sales channels has silently created a situation of unmanageable complexity and increased unreliability across the business. The symptoms: Lots of time waste, under & overselling, decreasing CSAT scores, and eroding profits.
