Previously, as a Technical Lead at OSOS and Persistent Systems, Thilan developed critical applications such as a Learning Management System for Oman’s Ministry of Education and marketplace solutions for major telecommunications companies. Thilan's experience includes mentoring teams, enhancing product functionalities, and managing development processes in diverse technological environments. An early career at companies like BooleanLabs and Ceylon Solutions solidified expertise in cloud systems, IoT, and database management. Thilan holds a Master’s degree in Information Technology from Cardiff Metropolitan University and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Colombo.
