Åke Bengtsson

Åke Bengtsson has over 25 years of experience in finance and accounting. Åke began their career as a controller for Pharmacia and Degussa Huls Nordic. Åke then became a finance manager for Rexam PLC and Rohm and Haas. In 2008, they became the VP of finance and business process engineering for Cardo AB. Åke was with Cardo until 2011 when they became the Group CFO for PartnerTech. Åke held this position until 2015 when they became the CEO & President of Haldex. Bengtsson is currently the CFO for Gunnebo.

Åke Bengtsson has an Executive Master of Business Administration from the Scandinavian International Management Institute (SIMI), university certificates from Lunds Universitet, a Bachelor's degree from Högskolan Kristianstad, and a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Upper Second, from Tekniska skolan Hässleholm.

They work with Karin Wallström Nordén - SVP Marketing & Communications, Christian Carlsson - SVP Human Resources & Sustainability, and Christian Weisser - SVP Business Unit Cash Management. Åke Bengtsson reports to Stefan Syrén, President and CEO, SVP Business Unit Safe Storage.
