Frank Kordy

Frank Kordy is the current Secretary, Director, and Interim CFO at Gunpowder Capital. Frank has also previously worked as the Interim CEO & Director at Silver Shield Resources Corp from July 2012 to May 2016. During their time at Silver Shield Resources, they were successful in having three Cease Trade Orders removed from the Corporation, as well as getting the Corporation re-instated with the Toronto Venture Exchange. In addition, they were able to eliminate over $350,000 CDN in debt on the balance sheet via shares-for-debt transactions and debt purchase agreements. Under their leadership, the company also successfully completed a 1:10 share consolidation and raised a total of $615,000 CDN in Equity via the Capital markets in 2015.

Frank Kordy started their educational career by obtaining an Advanced DVD Authoring Certificate from Sonic Solutions Advanced DVD Authoring in Novato, California. Frank then went on to obtain an Advertising & New Media Development Diploma from the International Academy of Design in Advertising Design & New Media Development. Finally, they completed their education by obtaining a degree in Computer Engineering from Queen's University.
