Barry Barclay has a diverse work experience in the entertainment industry. Barry started their career in 2009 as a Production Coordinator at Warner Bros. Entertainment Group of Companies. From 2010 to 2011, they worked as a Production Manager at BET Networks, a subsidiary of Viacom Inc. Barry then moved on to BET Networks, where they held the position of Line Producer from 2012 to 2013. In 2014, they joined Entertainment One as a Line Producer and later became a Production Manager. In 2015, they worked as a Line Producer at BET Networks on the show "Frankie & Neffe." From 2004 to 2016, they worked at 10x10 Entertainment as a Production Manager. In 2016, they joined Frosty Punk, Inc. as President and also worked at Entertainment One as a Line Producer. Most recently, they have been working at Gunpowder & Sky, starting as an Executive In Charge in 2017, then becoming the SVP of Production, and currently serving as the EVP of Production.
Barry Barclay pursued their education at The University of Memphis from 1989 to 1994. During this time, they successfully completed their Bachelor's degree in Film/Cinema/Video Studies.

G&S has co-production and partnership deals with other independently spirited trailblazers such as Shareability, Cut, Realm Pictures, Supergravity Pictures, Bona Fide Productions and Adaptive Studios.
