John has a proven track record of helping clients achieve their strategic and tactical objectives through a variety of project-based engagements. John is an expert in organizational design and project management, and has a passion for helping companies improve their operations and customer experience.

John Drake began their educational career by obtaining a graduate degree in public administration from Portland State University. John then went on to earn certification as a SAFe 5 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. and as a Scrum Master Certified (SMC) from the Scrum Alliance.
