Keith McCarthy

Keith is an accomplished consultant who utilizes financial management, IT, strategic planning, and business acumen to drive improvement in private and publicly held companies alike. He has extensive experience managing operations, from customer service and vendor relations to marketing and product pricing to finance and accounting. With his attention to detail and accuracy, Keith excels at creating and establishing progressive processes and procedures that improve productivity, reduce cost and waste, and increase profitability. Keith enjoys building cross-functional teams from the ground up and motivating them to achieve a shared vision. Keith holds his B.S. in Business Administration, and Accounting from the University of North Florida; he is also a Certified Public Accountant and a Lean Six-Sigma Green Belt.
