Melissa Johnson

Melissa is a driven problem solver who is highly organized and detail-oriented. Her tenacity and passion for learning allows her to take on new and challenging projects with confidence. Melissa has a strong foundation in financial analysis and reporting, project management, and process improvement. As Finance Lead, she supports TGG through analyzing key financial metrics to inform strategy and business decisions. Melissa holds an M.S.W in Social Change and Innovation from the University of Southern California and a B.S. in Business Administration, Accounting from Sonoma State University. Outside of work, Melissa is always looking for the next adventure. She is an avid traveler and particularly enjoys all things that bring her closer to the water.
