Paul de Tournemire

Paul de Tournemire is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, particularly in mergers and acquisitions. Currently serving as a Senior Lawyer at Gunvor Group Ltd since March 2018, Paul previously held M&A lawyer positions at MSC Cruises and Allen & Overy. Additionally, Paul was a Trading Lawyer at TOTSA TOTAL OIL TRADING SA and worked as an M&A Lawyer at Gide Loyrette Nouel. Paul also contributed to academia as a lecturer in French Company Law and French Contract Law at Eötvös Loránd University. Educational qualifications include an HEC Diploma from HEC Paris, a Master's degree in Banking and Financial Law from Paris-Pantheon-Assas University, and certification from the CRFPA de Versailles.
