Vincent Delcour

Vincent Delcour is an experienced professional in the oil and refining industry, currently serving as the Head of Crude Oil Analysis at Gunvor Group Ltd since January 2024. Prior to this role, Vincent Delcour held various positions at Total from July 2009 to January 2024, including Crude Desk Analysis Manager and Crude Desk Analysis Coordinator, where responsibilities included market analysis within the Trading and Shipping division. Vincent Delcour also worked as a Procurement Category Manager, overseeing the purchase strategy for chemicals used in refining, as well as coordinating crude oil supply and refinery production planning at Raffineria di Roma. Earlier experience includes a tenure at National Petroleum Refiners of SA (NATREF) as a Production Planner and Lead Process Engineer, and at Total as a Senior Process Engineer and Process Engineer. Vincent Delcour earned a degree in chemical engineering from ENSIC in 1999.
