Avery Smieja has a diverse work experience in the engineering and sales fields. Starting in 2016, they worked as a Design Engineer Intern at Brunswick Boat Group for eight months. In 2018, they joined CNH Industrial as a Design Engineer Intern and later transitioned to a full-time role as a Design Engineer in 2020. At CNH Industrial, they worked until 2021 before moving to Gunwerks as a Product Design Engineer. In addition to their engineering roles, Avery also worked as a Fishing Sales Associate at Scheels from 2014 to 2019.
Avery Smieja obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from North Dakota State University, where they attended from 2013 to 2019.
