Marina Danylyuk-Kerem

Marina Danylyuk-Kerem has a diverse work experience in the legal and blockchain industries. Marina is currently the Chief Legal Officer at Gunzilla Games, starting in April 2023. Prior to this, they co-founded MiBit in March 2021, where they provided blockchain and fintech consulting services. Marina also worked as the Head of Legal at Acquire.Fi from March 2022. Before that, Marina held the position of Chief Legal Officer at destream and Chief Legal Advisor at SKCHAIN Advisors, both in 2019. In 2018, they co-founded Kauri.One, a company specializing in blockchain technology development. Additionally, Marina served as Chief Legal Officer at TRAVOLIER.COM from December 2020 to December 2022, as a Legal Advisor at Clover from February to December 2021, and as the Chief Legal Officer at MARK.SPACE from January 2018 to June 2019. Marina started their career as a Project Manager and Legal Advisor at Palmina Invest in October 2017.

Marina Danylyuk-Kerem earned their Master's degree in International Relations and Affairs from Donetsk State University of Economics and Trade from 2004 to 2009. Marina then pursued a Master's degree in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law at Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University from 2010 to 2014. Subsequently, Marina completed their studies in Law, obtaining a Master's degree from Lomonosov Moscow State University (MSU) between 2013 and 2015.
