George Wong

George Wong has a diverse work experience in the finance industry. George began their career at HypoVereinsbank as a Director in Interest Rate Derivatives from February 2002 to March 2005. George then joined Fidelity International as a Senior Fixed Income Trader from April 2006 to 2008. Afterwards, they worked at Aspen Hill Partners as a Fund Manager from August 2009 to August 2010. Later, they joined Hong Kong Exchanges & Clearing Corporation as a Treasurer from September 2010 to December 2016. Currently, George Wong is employed at Guotai Junan International, where they have held various roles including Treasurer from April 2017 to December 2021, and is currently serving as the Head of Principal Investment Management since December 2021.

George Wong completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Economics at the University of California, Berkeley from 1985 to 1989. George then pursued further education and obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Finance from the NYU Stern School of Business from 1994 to 1996.
