Karan Kalra is a seasoned professional in product management with extensive experience in overseeing product strategy and execution across various technology-driven organizations. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Product Management at Gupshup, Karan is responsible for the vision and strategy of Gupshup's CPaas Platform and WhatsApp integration, focusing on AI-enhanced solutions. Previously, Karan held the position of Senior Product Manager at CommerceIQ, where engagement in the CIQ REM platform led to increased product usage and informed product strategy through competitive analysis.
