Can Ulusoy

Can Ulusoy has a diverse background in the banking and customer service sectors, currently serving as the Assistant Manager of Retail Banking Marketing and Assistant Manager of Outbound at Aktif Bank since September 2014. Prior experience includes roles such as Contact Center Specialist and Assistant Specialist, with responsibilities ranging from customer complaint resolution to training new representatives. Previously, Can Ulusoy worked at CMC Turkey from March 2010 to January 2014, first as a Team Coach overseeing corporate client interactions and customer satisfaction in the aviation sector, and later as a Customer Representative. Can Ulusoy holds a degree in Business Administration from Anadolu University and a previous degree from Bülent Ecevit University.
