Madhu Shenoy

Madhu Shenoy currently serves as the Head of Technology Architecture at Gupshup, focusing on high availability, automation, and modularity for innovative product and feature development. Previously, Madhu held the position of Head of Cloud Engineering for ACI Worldwide, where the emphasis was on creating cloud-native payment solutions leveraging a cloud-agnostic tech stack. Earlier experience includes serving as Managing Director and CTO of Digital Technology at JPMorgan Chase & Co., overseeing digital initiatives for commercial banking. Madhu also spent over a decade at E*TRADE, advancing through various leadership roles including Senior Vice President of Technology, focusing on digital wealth management and trading platforms. Madhu holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Karnataka.
