Neha Sawant

Neha Sawant began their work experience in 2015 as an MBA Summer Intern at H&R Block India Pvt. Ltd. From 2016 to 2017, they worked as a Relationship Manager for NRI Services at Axis Bank, where they focused on increasing customer engagement and generating sales leads. In 2017, they joined HDFC Bank as a Personal Banker for the NRI business, providing financial planning and analysis to high net-worth NRI clients. Currently, they are working as a Business Analyst at Gupshup, starting in 2021.

Neha Sawant's education history begins in 2009 when they attended MIT MANET and obtained a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering. From 2014 to 2016, they studied at the Department of Management Science, Pune University (PUMBA), where they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law. In 2019, Neha enrolled in the Texas McCombs School of Business and pursued a post-graduate program in Business Analytics and Business Intelligence. Additionally, in the same year, they also attended Great Lakes Executive Learning for a post-graduate program in the same field.
