Shantanu Bhaduri

Shantanu Bhaduri has a diverse work experience spanning different companies and roles. Shantanu is currently working as the Senior Director of Product Management at Gupshup, a position they have held since January 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Exotel, where they held various roles in product management, including Senior Director of Product Management and Head of Platform from April 2022 to January 2023, Director of Product Management from April 2021 to April 2022, and Associate Director of Product Management from December 2019 to April 2021.

Before Exotel, Shantanu worked at Flipkart as a Senior Technical Program Manager from June 2018 to December 2019. In this role, they were responsible for handling large-scale complex problems and strategic initiatives across the company.

Prior to Flipkart, they worked at Amazon as a Technical Program Manager in India Payments from August 2017 to June 2018.

Their early work experience includes roles at Ittiam Systems Pvt Ltd, where they held various engineering positions. Shantanu was a Principal Engineer and MTS in Computer Vision and Machine Learning from April 2016 to July 2017. During this time, they built an IoT device for stores that performed image processing and AI/ML operations. Shantanu also served as a Principal Engineer and Member Technical Staff in Social Media from October 2013 to March 2016, where they were part of the founding team for a SaaS-based video collaboration application called Tribeway. Shantanu also held roles as Lead Engineer and Member Technical Staff, Senior Engineer, and Engineer at Ittiam Systems from 2010 to 2013.

Shantanu Bhaduri pursued their undergraduate studies from 1999 to 2003 at the National Institute of Technology Raipur. Shantanu obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Telecommunication during this period. Following their undergraduate studies, Shantanu furthered their education at the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay from 2004 to 2006. Shantanu completed their Master of Technology degree in Microelectronics during their time at the institute.
