André Fontana Garcia has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. André started their career as an Advogado Júnior at Sznifer Advogados Associados, where they handled labor and civil litigation cases. André then moved on to become an Advogado Associado at the same firm, specializing in labor law and expanding their practice to include consumer law, family law, and real estate law.
In 2016, André joined InfoPrice as the Head of Gente e Gestão, responsible for managing the company's culture and climate, participating in strategic planning, and developing the company's values. André also led the recruitment and selection process, managed the organizational development team, and coordinated the human resources department.
André's next role was at Pulses, where they initially served as the Head of Sales, responsible for structuring and scaling the company's sales departments, both in-house and through partnerships. André also developed a predictable and scalable sales model and managed the account growth team. Later, they took on the role of Head of Sales & Growth, where they oversaw marketing and growth strategies, including branding, press relations, demand generation, and qualification. André continued to manage the sales machine and the account growth team, focusing on renewals, cross-selling, and upselling.
Most recently, André joined Gupy as the Head of Enterprise Sales, where they currently lead the company's sales efforts in the enterprise market.
André Fontana Garcia received their Bachelor's Degree in Direito from USP - Universidade de São Paulo in the years 2006 to 2010. André then pursued a Graduação in Psicologia at Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie from 2011 to 2016. More recently, from 2019 to 2021, André enrolled in the Stanford Innovation and Entrepreneurship Professional Online Certificate Program at Stanford University to enhance their knowledge in the field of Innovation and Entrepreneurship.
