Mariana Ramos Dias

Mariana Ramos Dias is the CEO and co-founder of Gupy, a Brazilian startup that uses data and technology to connect companies with the best talent. Mariana has over 10 years of experience in Human Resources, having worked as an HR Business Partner for Latam at Ambev and as an Innovation Marketing Intern at Unilever. Mariana is also the founder of the Social Responsibility Area at FEA Júnior USP, a consultancy firm that provides pro bono consulting services to small businesses and NGOs.

Mariana Ramos Dias has a degree in Entrepreneurship & Innovation from Stanford University and a degree in Administração from Universidade de São Paulo. Mariana also has a degree in Administração from College of Mount Saint Vincent.
