Amy Pona

Amy Pona has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Amy began their career at Messerli & Kramer as a Law Clerk, Paralegal, and Legal Assistant from October 2007 to December 2011. In 2012, they joined Blethen Gage and Krause as an Associate Attorney for a short period of time before moving to Gurstel Chargo, PA. At Gurstel Chargo, PA, they served as an Associate Attorney and later as the Lead Retail Associate Attorney from 2012 to 2015.

In 2015, Amy joined Madigan, Dahl & Harlan, P.A. as an Associate Attorney specializing in Civil Business Litigation. During the same year, they also worked as a Commercial Litigation Associate at Gurstel Chargo P.A., which later became Gurstel Law Firm P.C. Amy 'sresponsibilities included civil litigation for businesses and creditors of all sizes, with a focus on commercial recovery of assets and judgments.

In 2016, Amy was promoted to Director of Commercial Litigation at Gurstel Law Firm P.C., where they played a key role in managing and overseeing commercial litigations. In January 2020, they further advanced their career and became a Shareholder and Attorney at Law at Gurstel Law Firm P.C. In their current role, they continue to provide legal counsel and representation in various areas of law. Amy is licensed to practice law in Minnesota, Wisconsin, and the U.S. District Court- District of Minnesota.

Amy Pona attended the University of Minnesota-Morris from 2001 to 2005, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Financial Management with a focus on Finance. Following this, they enrolled at the Mitchell Hamline School of Law in 2009 and graduated in 2012 with a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree.
