Justyne Middleton has a diverse work experience, starting as a Server at Ruby Tuesday from 2004 to 2006. Justyne then worked as an Administrative Assistant at Kahn Brokerage Services from 2007 to 2009, handling various administrative tasks. Justyne also served as a Research Volunteer at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center from 2009 to 2010, assisting with research projects on organ and bone marrow transplants. From 2009 to 2013, they worked as a Full-time Nanny for the Kruse Family, taking care of the children's daily needs and acting as their personal assistant.

Justyne Middleton obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Arts and Science with a major in Psychology from the University of Cincinnati, which they attended from 2005 to 2010. Later, in 2013, they enrolled in Walden University to pursue a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Mental Health Counseling/Counselor. The completion year for this degree is not provided.

In addition to their formal education, Justyne Middleton has obtained several certifications. In 2019, they earned the Employee Engagement Management Skills certification from the Xavier Leadership Center. In the same year, they also completed the Making the Transition to Supervisor course offered by the Employers Resource Association (ERA).
