Thaís Pacheco Savino

Thaís Pacheco Savino has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Thaís started their career in 2014 as a Sales Associate at AIESEC. In 2015, they worked as a Sales Representative and Project Manager at Concreta. Thaís then joined EloGroup in 2018 as a Consultant, where they were involved in mapping and redesigning software development processes and product portfolio management. At Dasa from 2020 to 2021, Thaís worked as a Commercial Analyst and Post-merger Integration Trainee (IT), focusing on analytics product design, business processes improvement, and utilizing tools like Figma. In 2021, they joined VTEX as a Customer Excellence Analyst. Currently, they are working at Guru since 2022, initially as a Product Manager Jr and later promoted to the role of Product Manager - Pleno.

Thaís Pacheco Savino has a diverse education history. Thaís completed a Curso in Mastering Product Management at Reforge in 2022. In the same year, they also completed a Course in Product Management at Cursos PM3. Prior to that, in 2022, Thaís completed a Course in Business Intelligence Fundamentals at FIAP.

In 2019, they attended Ironhack and completed a Course in UX-UI Design. Thaís also attended Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul from 2017 to 2018, where they pursued a Course in Management, Entrepreneurship, and Marketing. In 2017, they participated in the Empretec program at SEBRAE, focusing on entrepreneurship.

Thaís obtained a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Universidade de Brasília, which they pursued from 2011 to 2017. Additionally, in 2013 and 2014, they studied abroad at Swansea University for a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.

In terms of additional certifications, Thaís became a Certified ScrumMaster through Scrum Alliance in August 2018. Thaís also completed the Design Thinking Experience program at Echos - Innovation Lab in November 2017.
