Srishti Saxena

Srishti Saxena is an experienced quality assurance professional with a strong background in software testing and team management. Currently serving as Assistant Manager QA at Guru.com since July 2017, Srishti has demonstrated expertise in hiring, mentoring, and managing QA teams, along with proficiency in Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Prior roles include Integration and Verification Engineer at Redknee, where Srishti focused on R&D for billing software, and Senior Test Analyst at IBM India Pvt Ltd, responsible for test planning and strategy. Srishti also completed an internship at National Semiconductor India Design Ltd., gaining valuable experience in compiler building and testing. Srishti holds a B.Tech in Electronics and Communication from Mody Institute of Technology and Science.
