Michael Tilkian

Michael Tilkian currently serves as the Enterprise Sales Director at Gurucul since September 2025. Previously, Michael held the position of Strategic Account Manager focused on Cloud Security Sales at SentinelOne from April 2022 to September 2025, where responsibilities included enhancing security for cloud workloads. Prior to SentinelOne, Michael was involved in Security Sales at Rubrik, Inc. from April 2021 to April 2022 and served as VP/CRO at Konsultek for 15 years, overseeing all revenue-generating processes and sales distribution. Earlier in Michael's career, from January 1999 to December 2001, responsibilities included fostering business growth as an Account Representative at Avnet, focusing on market expansion in the Midwest. Michael holds a degree from DePaul University, where studies took place from 1991 to 1996.
