Sydnee Gatewood

Sydnee Gatewood has held a variety of positions throughout their career. In 2011, they began working at McAlister's Deli (Corporation) as a Front of House, taking food orders, serving, providing customer service, and delivering catering orders. Sydnee was also trained and supervised at a new location in Amarillo, TX. In 2013, they became an Intern at Word Publications, where they wrote articles and took photographs for various publications, conducted research in regard to readers' interests, and collaborated with other interns to create promotional videos. In 2014, they returned to Word Publications as an Intern, and in 2016 they were hired as an Editorial Director and Editorial Assistant at GuruFocus, LLC.

Sydnee Gatewood began their educational journey in 2006 at Alpine High School, where they obtained their high school diploma in 2010. Sydnee then attended Texas Tech University, where they earned their Bachelor of Arts in Journalism in 2013. In 2014, they completed their Master of Arts in Mass Communication/Media Studies at Texas Tech University.
