Arif Emre Okutan

Arif Emre Okutan is an experienced Technical Manager and Software Developer with a diverse background in technology and management. Currently serving in similar roles at Gurulize and D-CAT Group since January 2018 and January 2014 respectively, Arif has demonstrated a long-standing commitment to the field through a continuous tenure at Dcat Technologies since June 2006. Arif is also pursuing education at Istanbul University, having been enrolled since 2003.
