Currently serving as a CSR and Community Manager at GUS Global Services since November 2019, Vidhi previously held roles such as CRM & Property Manager at Omaxe Limited and Operations Manager at Gold's Gym, where responsibilities included overseeing sales, managing staff, and enhancing member engagement. Earlier experience as an International Relationship Manager at Park Hotel involved maintaining relationships with dignitaries, while positions at Kingfisher Airlines and Sahara Airlines focused on in-flight services and customer relations. Vidhi N. holds a degree in French from Panjab University, Chandigarh, complemented by education from Convent of Jesus And Mary, Mussoorie.
