Chirag Nangia

Chirag Nangia is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology, entrepreneurship, and academia. Currently a member of the founding team at GUSSA since 2023, Chirag previously served as an Investor, Advisor, and Speaker for startups and has been featured in prominent media outlets such as The New York Times and Forbes. From 2021 to 2023, Chirag held the position of Entrepreneur-in-Residence and Product Management at Meta, focusing on innovative projects in the Future of Work and AI domains. As the Founder and CEO of Reppify from 2009 to 2021, Chirag led the development of an AI-driven platform that transformed talent sourcing for enterprises. Additionally, Chirag has contributed as a guest lecturer at esteemed institutions such as the University of Florida and the University of Washington. An earlier career at IBM iX and Digital Mango showcased skills in user-centered design and strategic marketing, supported by a Bachelor of Science in Human-Computer Interaction & Information Systems from Carnegie Mellon University.
