Alicia Elam

Alicia Elam has extensive experience in customer service and administration, currently serving as a Customer Experience Accounts Representative at Gustave A. Larson since October 2021. Prior to this role, Alicia worked at Northern Comfort Services LLC as an Office Administration, Sales, and Customer Service Representative from October 2018 to October 2021. Alicia also co-owned and managed operations at Extreme Heating and Cooling II from May 2007 to September 2018, where responsibilities included overseeing daily operations and ensuring customer satisfaction. Earlier in Alicia's career, an Accounts Receivable Specialist position was held at Concrete Sealants, Inc. from March 2004 to May 2007. Alicia holds an Associate's degree in Medical Office Management/Administration from Edison State Community College (2001-2003) and completed college preparatory education at Troy High School in Troy, Ohio (1996-2000).
