Fredrik K. is an experienced executive with a strong background in business development and innovation management. Currently serving as the Chief Commercial Officer at Gustafsberg since May 2025, Fredrik previously founded and led PROSSIONI® as Chairman and CEO from October 2022 to May 2025. From September 2015 to September 2022, Fredrik co-founded Airinum AB, where responsibilities included roles as Chief Marketing Officer and CEO of Airinum WOFE. Prior experiences include positions as a Business Analyst and Management Trainee at Schibsted Sverige and a Digital Marketing Manager at Tripwell. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Management of Innovation and Business Development from Copenhagen Business School and a Master of Science in Economics and Management of Innovation and Technology from Università Bocconi.
