Ethan Baloy is an experienced brand manager currently leading initiatives at gusto! fresh bowls & wraps, where responsibilities include developing brand strategies to enhance customer engagement and optimizing sales through marketing events and trend analysis. Prior to this role, Ethan founded 2aspir, specializing in digital marketing strategies and community engagement, achieving significant growth in social media channels. With a long tenure at Jamba, Ethan held various positions, including Director of Strategic Growth Initiatives, where strategic planning for organizational growth was emphasized, and Director of Company Operations, which focused on streamlining operations and business development. Ethan holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from San Diego State University and an Associate of Arts degree from Grossmont College.
