Juanita Dickson has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several industries.
Juanita started their career at a boutique marketing and communication agency where they worked as an Account Director, focusing on creating brand alliances through national business meetings, training, incentives, and customer experiences.
After that, they joined Maritz Canada, where they held the role of Director of Client Services. During their tenure, they led the Healthcare and Retail Packaged Goods sectors and played a key role in integrating social and mobile capabilities into the company's engagement marketing practice.
Juanita then moved on to Bond Brand Loyalty, where they held various positions. As Director of Healthcare, they focused on driving loyalty and creating brand ambassadors within the healthcare food chain. As Director of Strategic Accounts, they were responsible for making the world a more loyal place by understanding and changing human behavior. Finally, as Director of Event Marketing & Communications, they contributed to building long-lasting brand relationships.
Their most recent role is as President of Gusto 54 Restaurant Group. Juanita was appointed in 2014 and has been responsible for transitioning the group into a global restaurant brand. Juanita has successfully established the Gusto 54 brand and expanded its presence beyond Toronto, focusing on exceptional customer experience and brand loyalty.

Juanita Dickson completed their Bachelor of Commerce degree from Ryerson University, specializing in Business, Marketing, HR, and Psychology from 1990 to 1994. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Marketing and Communications from the Schulich School of Business at York University for the academic year 2006 to 2007.
