Matteo Floris

Matteo Floris has extensive experience in the restaurant industry. Matteo currently holds the position of Wine & Beverage Director at Gusto 54 Restaurant Group since March 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the General Manager at Azhar Kitchen & Bar starting in November 2020. From February 2017 to November 2020, they served as the General Manager at Felix Trattoria. Matteo also worked at Zelman Meats as a Manager from October 2015 to February 2017. Before that, they were the Head Sommelier at Group Buonanotte from December 2014 to June 2015. From November 2011 to December 2014, they held the role of General Manager at Gusto at 101. Matteo previously worked as a Restaurant Manager at Trattoria Nervosa from April 2011 to October 2012, and also from April 2010 to November 2011. Matteo'searliest experience in a leadership role was as the Head Sommelier at Cenacolo Cancun from November 2006 to April 2009.

Matteo Floris attended Università degli Studi di Urbino Carlo Bo from 2002 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Sports Studies.
