Shannon Dempster

Shannon Dempster has extensive experience in the restaurant industry, currently serving as the General Manager at Chubby's Jamaican Kitchen under Gusto 54 Restaurant Group since 2018, after holding positions as Assistant General Manager and Business Manager at the same establishment. Prior to this role, Shannon worked as Server Supervisor at 3 Brasseurs | 3 Brewers Canada from August 2015 to August 2018, and gained experience as Restaurant Manager and Server at Bluetrain Restaurant from 2013 to 2015. Earlier in the career, Shannon was a Server Supervisor and Server at Oliver & Bonacini Hospitality from 2009 to 2013. Shannon holds a Diploma in Restaurant/Food Services Management from George Brown College, a Level 3 Certificate in Wine Steward/Sommelier from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust, and a Diploma of Leadership in Theology/Theological Studies from Alphacrucis University College.
