Alaine MacKenzie

Alaine Mackenzie has a strong background in design, content strategy, and UX research. Currently, Alaine is the Head of Design for Core Applications at Gusto, where Alaine leads product design and empowers managers and staff. Prior to this role, Alaine worked at Shopify for several years, holding various positions such as Director of UX and Senior UX Manager. Their experience also includes leading content strategy and information architecture projects for a variety of clients while working at Yellow Pencil. Alaine holds a Bachelor of Design in Visual Communication Design, as well as an Associate Certificate in Technical Writing.
