Alex Dillon has extensive experience in operations and account management, currently serving in an Empowering Benefits Onboarding role at Gusto since October 2021. Prior to this position, Alex held various roles at Budget Dumpster from September 2018 to October 2021, including Operations Lead in the Vendor Relations Department and Operations Coordinator. Alex also worked at The SpyGlass Group, LLC. from December 2016 to October 2018 as a Sales Support Administrator and Business Development Manager. Earlier experience includes managing household and childcare responsibilities for a private family, as well as serving as a Legal Assistant for a criminal defense attorney in the DC Metro area. Alex earned a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and Corrections from the University of Cincinnati between 2010 and 2013.
