Alicia Sloan

Alicia Sloan brings a diverse background in program management and analysis, with significant leadership experience at Gusto as Head of Program Management and previously as Program Manager for Strategic Priorities and Head of Broker Operations. Alicia founded Dūcō and served as its COO, demonstrating entrepreneurial acumen. Prior work includes roles as a Political Analyst on the Middle East for the Federal government and a Middle East Analyst at the Center for Intelligence Research and Analysis. Alicia is also a Fulbright Fellow, underscoring a commitment to international engagement. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Politics from Princeton University and a Master’s in International Affairs from Sciences Po.
