Annie Cutting

Annie Cutting is an experienced operations professional with a strong background in retirement operations and client management. Currently serving as Retirement Operations Manager at Gusto since November 2025, Annie previously held the position of Operations Manager at Guideline, where responsibilities included leading a team to resolve complex 401(k) plan errors and ensuring compliance with IRS and DOL regulations. Before that, Annie was a Senior Associate at Ankura Consulting Group, where management of client deliverables was a key focus, particularly as the court-appointed Claims Supervisor for the Volkswagen “Clean Diesel” Emissions Settlement. Annie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations and Affairs, Economics, and Middle Eastern Studies from the University of Mary Washington.
