David Pires

David Pires is an experienced operations manager with a strong background in managing complex workstreams and initiatives at WTW since October 2010, currently serving as Operations Manager for Retirement Europe Ex-GB. Pires has demonstrated expertise in overseeing large teams, managing budgets, and handling extensive project management responsibilities, including managing a team of over 65 colleagues and reporting on KPIs to regional and segment leadership. Prior roles include Director and Service Leader for UK Valuations, as well as earlier positions in team leadership and analysis.
