Head of Marketing, Gusto Embedded at Gusto

Brian Busch is the head of marketing for Gusto Embedded. Brian has over 15 years of experience in product marketing and alliance management. Brian has a deep understanding of the API integration market and is an expert in content operations.

Most recently, Brian was the director of product marketing and alliances at Cloud Elements, where they led messaging and positioning, created buyer and user personas, and managed the program budget. Brian also produced pillar content, developed derivative campaign tactics, and created and maintained all product-focused collateral.

Prior to Cloud Elements, Brian was the director of product marketing at Kapost, where they pioneered B2B content operations with an enterprise SaaS platform and consulting services. Brian was also responsible for sales enablement, P&E, and product pricing. Brian led a team of PMMs and developed core messaging, positioning, customer personas, and journey maps.

Brian Busch has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business and a BS & BA in Finance and Philosophy from Boston College.

Brian Busch reports to Jason Ing, Chief Marketing Officer. They are on a team with Christine Farrier - Head of Channel Marketing, Nicholas Lembo - Head of Marketing, Gusto Wallet, and Paul Loeffler - VP, Head of Communications.
