Ethan Held

Ethan Held is an accomplished product leader with extensive experience across various industries, currently serving as the Head of Product for Retirement at Gusto since November 2025. Prior to this role, Ethan held multiple positions at Guideline from 2021 to November 2025, including Vice President of Product and Senior Director of Product. At Samsung Next, from 2019 to 2021, Ethan was the Principal Product Manager for Whisk B2B products, and previously worked as a Senior Product Manager at BCG Digital Ventures, Technical Product Manager at Happiest Baby, and Co-Founder & Head of Product at noncents. Ethan's career began at Texas Instruments, where roles included Sales Engineer and Technical Sales Associate. Additionally, Ethan has a solid educational background with an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a BS in Electrical Engineering with a minor in Economics from the University of Arizona.
